't Venne is a Roman Catholic primary school in the Getsewoud-Noord area of Nieuw-Vennep.
In the 2023-2024 school year we have 10 classes of around 230 children. 't Venne has a team of 20 enthusiastic teachers and staff who are committed tohelping your child, or children, to learn as much as possible and get the most out of their time at our school.

Characteristic of our school
- We scored 'good' in all four of the inspection categories of the government review of our school!
- In 2025 our group 8 children scored 83,8 in the IEP Transition Test, which is higher than the national average.
- Reading comprehension is taught according to the individual level of each child.
- We organize ateliers aimed to encourage creative expression.
- We provide lessons to improve ICT skills and media literacy.
- Highly gifted / gifted children have a special program they can attend if they need more stimulus than school can provide.
- Children are encouraged to develop 21st century skills throughout their school career.
